Our Employee Development Goals

Develop employees according to employee development framework 100% completely and the average number of training hours is not less than 10 hours/person/year to enhance potential and readiness in skills, knowledge and ideas alignment with the organization's goals and directions.

Betagro puts human resources development at all levels as its priority. Thus, the Company ensures that its employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for their particular job and level, as well as for their career development. The Employee Development Framework aims at developing staff’s leadership and functional skills through mixed learning methods. This method of 70:20:10 focuses on real-world practice, learning from the coaches’ and mentors’ advice as well as working techniques, plus normal classroom training.
