Betagro Quality Management System for swine production is a quality and efficiency management standard covering the entire swine production processes from swine breeding farms to fattening pig farms. Its focus is on farm management particularly disease prevention, animals’ welfare improvement and food safety related to pork consumption. This production standard is equivalent to Good Agricultural Practices for pig farms and complies with the laws and regulations specified by the Department of Livestock and the Natural Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards.
