Betagro provides an opportunity for students to survey their career choices, to apply the knowledge from their classes in their work and to gain invaluable experiences from real-world practices in the Betagro’s group of companies. We have, therefore, cooperated with many educational institutes for this very purpose.
Co-operative Education
We look for students with strong commitment, determination and high potential to increase their professionalism at work. This program is also another channel for Betagro to select personnel who are ready to grow with the Company and whose qualifications directly meet its requirements and support its future manufacturing business expansion.
- Third- or fourth-year students in any fields
- Minimum internship period of 16 weeks or as specified by each university
- Daily allowance all through the internship period
- Subsidy for accommodation and meals as specified by Betagro
- Subsidy for positions which require outside work
- Group life and accident insurance (24 hours)

Dual Vocational Education
At Betagro, we have jointly developed a high vocational certificate curriculum with target colleges under the Department of Vocational Education. At present, there are 4 curriculums as follows:
- Students with a high vocational certificate
- Fields of studies: zoology, technician, retail, food and nutrition or other related fields
- Minimum internship period of 1 academic term or as specified by each college
- Daily allowance all through the internship period
- Subsidy for accommodation and meals as specified by Betagro
- Group life and accident insurance (24 hours)
