Supply Chain Management
We are Thailand’s leading integrated agro-industrial and food company. We provide various products with high quality and safety, from feed production, animal health products, animal breeding and breed development, commercial farming, slaughtering and processing to sales and distribution of our products domestically and internationally including foreign investment. We recognize all the stakeholders throughout the business value chain, starting from the research and development process, procurement, production process and quality control, sales and marketing to after-sales service.
We establish a sustainable procurement policy and communicate the principles of practice to our trading partners who adhere to sustainable practices throughout the supply chain, assessing from labor management, human rights, community and environment. We also have a process to trace the origin and safety of food by promoting the procurement of raw materials from local partners such as feed grain and other raw materials.
Product Quality Management
We maintain a robust system of quality control for each phase of production to ensure the quality and safety of our products by using our quality control process and safety standard called Betagro Quality Management (BQM) to closely examine, monitor and control the production quality every day at 24 hours a day throughout the food chain, according to the international food safety standards under 5 main aspects: Food Safety, Food Quality, Animal Welfare, Service Excellence and Corporate Social Responsibility.
